Rage nutrition, a small company from Texas, really brought it with this product. Just from a quick look at the Rage Nutrition Immortal Pre Workout label you notice these guys DO NOT mess around. They have put literally everything they got into this PWO, and truly try to outbeat the competition in this crowded market. The crazy label is long and packed with everything you can basically put in a pre workout. So let’s dive into the label. It has been probably a couple of years since I reviewed a DMAA pre workout, and I’m excited for this one - irAte pre workout by Juggernaut. Juggernaut nutrition has been in our reviews before with their WiLD pre workout which I REALLY liked, and I know a lot of you who got it after the review really liked it as well, so I was interested to see what this one brings to the table. irAte is the second pre workout from Juggernaut Nutrition, and as you know this is a DMAA pre workout. Yeah, it is sort of banned,

A new pre-workout from RYSE supplements, designed for EVERYONE. RYSE supplements has been around for only about a year (mind you), and already have some amazing athletes backing them up. One of these athletes is the UFC fenomena Conor Mcgregor, which truly proves RYSE supplements are a serious player in the supplements business, and are here to stay. Another thing I like about them is their clean, professional approach. No zombies or crazy monsters, but rather just a clean, well designed lifestyle brand. What's going on everyone? TJ with fitness news reviews and together with me today the much-anticipated and definitely hyped craze The OG by driven sports. Yeah, people, some of you that have been around the pre-workout supplement industry for more than two-three years remember the original craze that got banned after they found illegal drugs and a lot of them inside it. But it was an amazing experience for the ones of you that actually tried it, definitely hailed as one of the best ever as far as mood elevation. Getting you in the zone, was just great. But yeah it did have illegal drugs. And now with a lot of fanfare and you know a lot of drive on social media they've been pushing this craze and naming it The OG basically you know alluding to the fact that this is gonna be as good as the original one. Listen, people, I'm gonna take you through the level of this thing it's not gonna take us a lot of time. Because this is a prop freaking blend and then I'm gonna take you through my experience using this one over the last week. So, we'd understand if this is really The OG or this is totally fake news let's get right into it.

When it comes to muscle building, there is an extremely simple mechanism that is at play: for muscles to build, the rate of muscle anabolism must be greater than the rate of muscle catabolism. The difference between anabolism and catabolism is known as Net Protein Balance (NPB). It is a matter of commonsense that higher the NPB, the higher the growth in muscles will be. Amino9 has been shown by research to promote anabolism and restrict catabolism, thus boosting NPB and MPS.

When you speak to fitness enthusiasts, you’ll run into two camps. The ones that only care about flavor or price and the ones that only care about the purity of the protein. And let's be honest, it does seem like supplement companies have been struggling to hit both at the same time (purity and flavor).  This is where BN Labs is aiming at with its new Ultimate Whey Isolate. According to the company—and the label—the product contains 90 percent of protein by weight. What this means is that a 30g scoop of the product will give the consumer a whopping 27g of pure isolate protein. That is as clean as you can get with a protein, and if you subscribe to the value of protein supplementation then such a product will do wonders for accelerating the synthesis of broken muscles, fibers and tissues. The consumption of pure protein promises to not only make protein easier to adhere to in our diets but aid in making the protein related functions faster than ever as well. All on the back of a wonderful ingredient: Velositol.

If you are a fitness enthusiast who is looking to put on some muscle, you are going to have to work hard—no argument there. However, is hitting the gym the only thing you need when it comes to enhancing your muscles? According to research, it is the mTOR complex that is a basic requirement for boosting muscular gains. Hitting the gym triggers the mTOR signaling pathway, causing a significant increase in Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS). Phosphatidic acid has been promoted as a supplement that can play an important role in triggering the mTOR signaling pathway since 2012. But, with time, confusion regarding new research, has many wondering: is there significant research to back up the usage of Phosphatidic acid in contemporary muscle building supplements? Let’s find out:
