Wrecked Pre Workout is a pre workout supplement from Huge Supplements. It has recently been reformulated.
Some of the best ingredients have been taken out. But can Huge manage to keep Wrecked V2 just as good or will it fall off?
In this Wrecked Pre Workout Review, you will find out everything you need to know. From the experience, ingredients, side effects, and more!
I used Wrecked on 1 full scoop. I tried the Raspberry Mojito flavor. It was pretty good actually.
Compared to V1, I would say that Wrecked has been slightly improved.
The pumps are significantly better. Huge Supplements increased the dosage on many of the ingredients. So it makes sense that the pumps would be stronger.
I also felt like I can go for longer sets. The improved endurance was so apparent. I truly felt like I could train for a longer period of time.
The energy is very similar to V1, It kicks in about 20 minutes after you take Wrecked. And stays clean and consistent for about 2 hours.
The focus is essentially the same as well. I was definitely locked in. Only focusing on the workout and nothing else.
What I will say is that the Beta Alanine tingling is extremely intense. I personally love the productive buzz. Lasting for a strong 45 minutes.
Another thing I love about Wrecked is the good sense of well-being. The whole process feels clean. No crash or anything like that.
At the end of the day, the biggest difference is better pumps and more endurance. Wrecked V2 is still a great everyday stim junkie pre workout.
Despite being reformulated, Wrecked is still a loaded pre workout. Including ingredients like Eria Jarensis, Lion’s Mane, and Alpha Yohimbine.
This label is relatively long compared to other great supplements nowadays. But Wrecked V1 was the same thing in terms of length.
Either way, this is still an awesome pre workout.
Caffeine Anhydrous (250mg)
First on the ingredient list is caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine is going to provide a boost in energy. As well as enhance the efficacy of other components.
Plus another form of caffeine. 100mg of Di-Caffeine Malate is going to add a long-lasting effect on the energy.
Next, L-Citrulline is a powerful pump ingredient. 8g is higher than the clinical dose and will deliver on nice pumps.
Beta Alanine (3.5g)
3.5g Beta-Alanine to buffer lactic acid, reducing muscle fatigue & increase overall endurance. It also gives you the tingling feeling throughout your body.
Betaine Anhydrous (3g)
Then, Betaine Anhydrous has been shown to increase endurance and hydration during your workout. 3g is a larger dose to get a solid power output.
Alpha GPC (600mg)
One of the most used focus ingredients in both pre workouts and nootropics. Alpha GPC is going to get you in the zone during the session.
Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder (600mg)
600mg of Lion’s Mane is going to add immensely to the focus matrix. Locked in all the way during the gym session.
Eria Jarensis Extract (250mg)
In addition, there is Eria Jarensis which is becoming an extremely popular ingredient. This is the main contributor to the focus and slight mood elevation in Wrecked.
Theobromine at 150mg is going to increase cardiovascular endurance. Plus improved blood flow that allows you to last longer.
S7 Matrix (75mg)
A trademarked combination of multiple extracts and vegetables. Components like Green Coffee Bean are going to provide a fat-burning effect.
Black Pepper Extract (10mg)
On top of that, Black Pepper Extract at 10mg fights fat by blocking the formation of new fat cells. It is also an absorption ingredient that improves the intake experience.
Then we have Alpha Yohimbine which is an intensity ingredient. Providing a thermal effect that ‘spices’ up the experience (Source).
Agmatine Sulfate (1500mg)
Lastly, Agmatine Sulfate is a common ingredient in pump pre workouts. 1500mg will increase power output as well as improving absorption.
Like I mentioned, Wrecked has been reformulated for the first time. For the most part, the formula is the same.
The main difference is that NMT, Synephrine, and Hordenine HCL have been taken out. Which are definitely key ingredients in Wrecked.
Those ingredients were somewhat replaced by Eria Jarensis. One of my favorite components in a pre workout.
Does Wrecked Pre Workout have DMHA?
Wrecked does not contain DMHA or DMAA. It is clean of these “sneaky” stimulants.
How many mg of caffeine is in Wrecked Pre Workout?
Wrecked V2 has 250mg of Caffeine Anhydrous. Which is a little below the typical dose, but there are many other stimulants.
How long does it take Wrecked Pre Workout to kick in?
It takes about 15-20 minutes for the effects of Wrecked to start peaking. Then you have 40-45 minutes of optimal production.
Wrecked Pre Workout is still a great pre workout. Despite taking out a couple key ingredients, I am here to say it still hits.
I don’t know if I would say it is just as good. But Wrecked V2 is still one of my favorite “Everyday Stim Junkie” Pre Workouts.
If love Huge Supplements, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.
First on the list, one of my favorite pre workouts of 2022. Crack Reloaded by Dark Labs is a DMAA-Free version of their infamous Crack Pre Workout. But don’t be fooled. This pre workout is just as good if not better…
Then we have a high-flying euphoric pre workout from Street Supplements. Another new-comer to the game, but one that people need to know about. This pre workout is absolute insanity.
Lastly, one of my absolute favorite pre workouts of all time, Assassin is a super hard-hitter. While it does not have DMAA or any other ingredients us Stim Junkies love, this pre workout is one of the most well-made pre workouts I have ever tried.
