As a pre workout fan, I’m always on the lookout for new effective pre-workout supplements that fill a gap. I recently had the opportunity to try out Villain Pre Workout from Black Magic Supply. The company knows for its BZRK pre workout which I reviewed here several times.

Upon receiving Villain Pre Workout, I was intrigued by its marketing claims and sleek packaging. It promised to boost my energy, enhance my workout performance, and provide better focus. These are qualities I look for in a pre-workout supplement, so I was eager to put it to the test. As you know though labels are just labels and the actual handson experience is what matters!

As you’ll see Villain’s label is loaded. A ton of different ingredients we are used to see in pre workouts and some unique combinations. Lets dive into these ingredients and see why are they here.

Villain Pre Workout – Flavor
Villain comes in 2 flavors, I personally tried the Frosted Blue flavor, which i found to be pleasant. Sort of your typical blue raspberry flavor.
Experience
My experience with Villain Pre Workout was noteworthy. After consuming it approximately 20 minutes before my workout, I began to feel a surge of energy and heightened focus. This boost in energy helped me push through my workout with increased intensity. I noticed that I could lift heavier weights and perform more repetitions without feeling fatigued.
The star of the show with Villain is the focus. Don’t get me wrong the energy is great and not overwhelming. The beta alanine tingles are just right and there are no side effects. Which to be fair, is what you expect from a pre workout. But the focus is a notch above everything else in this pre workout. You feel it starting abut 20 minutes after ingestion, and it keeps your mind in check and on the job at hand.
Summary
Villain fits into the upper end of your every day pre workout category. This pre workout will not blow your head off in a good sense, but will allow you to focus on the mission at hand which is crashing your workout!
