My Experience with EHP Labs Pride

Flavor-wise, this pre workout is awesome. I tried the Sour Green Apple flavor and it was very good. Tastes exactly like Green Apple with no aftertaste. So really no complaints there.

As for the experience, I would compare it to something like Woke AF Pre Workout from Bucked Up. A very good intermediate pre workout that will hit every time.

Pride Pre Workout hits relatively quick and this energy lasts for hours on hours. EHP Labs developed a very long-lasting formula that you will feel beyond your workout.

The focus is also up there for the best mid-level pre workouts. You are going to be in the zone so you can lift weights without anything else on your mind.

I would describe the pumps are also good. Pride does not have Beta Alanine so you miss out on that buzzing feeling. But if you do not like Beta Alanine, this will be your next go-to pre workout.

All in all, this is a good all-around pre workout that you can use every day without a worry of being disappointed in the gym.

Pride Pre Workout has one of the longest labels I have seen. And I have seen a lot of pre workout labels in my time. EHP Labs broke down the ingredients in Pride into different categories such as “Skin-Splitting Off the Bone Pumps”, “Recovery EEAs”, “Pentaffeine 5 Stage Energy”, and “Focus.”

Key Ingredients Breakdown

Caffeine – 280 mg

First we have the key energy stimulant in all supplements, caffeine at 280 mg. Now, this is a bit different than caffeine in most pre workouts. There is 200 mg of normal caffeine and 100 mg of the next ingredient, Infinergy, that is 80% caffeine. Which adds up to a total of 280 mg.

Inifinergy – 100 mg

Next we have Infinergy which is another energy ingredient. These first two ingredients come together to make a very solid matrix that will give you a kick in the butt.

L-Citrulline – 5 g

Part of the “Skin-Tearing Pumps” category, L-Citrulline at 5 grams is the main pump ingredient that will give you a nice feeling of swoleness in Pride Pre Workout.

Green Coffee Extract – 50 mg

Then there is Green Coffee Extract which is an appetite-suppressing and weight loss ingredient. This is a great touch for people who want to make some gains but also shred some weight in the process.

Natural Bitter Orange Extract – 100 mg

Also known as Synephrine, this is one of the most versatile stimulants there is in the world. 100 mg will do wonders in the focus, energy, and mood elevation sector.

Theobromine – 50 mg

A cocoa extract that mildly enhances focus and energy. At 50 mg, this is not going to be super overwhelming but rather add another aspect to the already-existing ingredients.

Betaine Anhydrous – 1 g

Next we have 1 gram of Betaine Anhydrous which will work with the L-Citrulline to create a strong pump formula.
