The Experience

The flavor I tried was Blue Raspberry and it was solid. I assume the Fruit Punch one is as well. That is all for flavor.

The first time I used Phenta Plex was on 1 scoop, which is the recommended serving size. And let me tell you something, this pre workout is the next coming of Excelsior.

Just putting it out there, I came in with zero expectations. Zero bias. Nothing. This supplement blew my mind.

On 1 scoop, all the effects started peaking 30-40 minutes in. The first thing you feel is the focus.

Now, this is not any typical focus. This is tunnel vision, dialed-in focus. Bottom line, Excelsior level stuff.

As for the energy, it was super clean and lasted literally all day. I took Phenta Plex at 5am and felt it at 11pm.

On top of that, there is a little mood elevation and Beta Alanine tingling. But nothing to rave about.

More importantly, there were no side effects from my experience. Which was a huge issue with Excelsior. Only thing is that it may last for too long.

All in all, I loved ABL Pharma Phenta Plex. You can use it as a pre workout and nootropic. Plus it is 30 servings so it is great value-for-money.

This is a pre workout you must buy in my opinion. Phenta Plex is an absolute beast.

First you have caffeine anhydrous. The stimulant we have all grown to know and love. Caffeine provides the energy boost in Phenta Plex.

Secondly, Synephrine HCL is here strictly for focus. Yet another stimulant that will only boost the cognitive matrix.

DMHA (100mg)
