I tried the Sour Gummy flavor and it was actually pretty good. The powder mixed well. So no complaints in that category.
As for the pre workout itself, the Beta Alanine tingling hit super fast. I personally love that because it gets me to move.
The energy is also really nice. It peaks about 15-20 minutes in which is relatively fast. Then it stays consistent for an hour and a half or so. Keep in mind this is clean energy, not the heart attack kind.
Something that is different with Pandamic is the thermogenesis effect. I sweat way more than I usually do.
On top of that, I was super in the zone focus-wise. I could definitely feel the cognitive effects.
The pumps were solid. Above all, pumps depend on how hard you work. Obviously if it is great pump supplement, then you feel it even more.
Generally, I also felt a productive/motivation factor. I managed to hit a couple extra reps and felt better as a whole.
Similarly, there are no side effects with Pandamic Extreme. I would classify this Panda Supps Pre Workout as “Healthier Stim Junkie.”
In short, Pandamic is an awesome pre workout that packs a legit 25 servings. You absolutely cannot go wrong.
Pandamic is loaded with several hardcore ingredients. Including Caffeine Anhydrous, NMT, Synephrine.
Sometimes the label does not translate to the experience. LABELS ARE JUST LABELS. But in Pandamic the experience is as good as the label.
Caffeine Anhydrous (350mg)
First on the ingredient list is caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine is going to provide a boost in energy. As well as enhance the efficacy of other components.
L-Citrulline (6g)
Second is L-Citrulline which is a powerful pump ingredient. 6g is pretty much the clinical dose. Will deliver on nice pumps.
Beta Alanine (3.2g)
3.2g Beta-Alanine to buffer lactic acid, reducing muscle fatigue & increase overall endurance. It also gives you the tingling feeling throughout your body.
Betaine Anhydrous (2.5mg)
Next we have 2.5 grams of Betaine Anhydrous which will work with the L-Citrulline to create a strong pump formula.
Alpha GPC (400mg)
Then we have Alpha GPC which is one the many focus ingredients in Pandamic Pre Workout. 400mg is a really nice dose.
L-Tyrosine (750mg)
Tyrosine is a focus ingredient that is supposed to get you dialed in during the workout.
L-Theanine (150mg)
Moreover, L-Theanine is an amino acid and is widely known for relaxation and mood elevation without sedation. Plus a minor focus aspect.
Dendrobium (100mg)
Dendrobium is an ingredient you don’t see too often. In general it is supposed to increase athletic performance and endurance.
Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (100mg)
Then there is Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. An overarching ingredient that helps with all of its other aspects. But is mainly there for the energy.
Higenamine HCL (50mg)
Yet another stimulant, Higenamine HCL is going to increase your heart rate.
Synephrine HCL (50mg)
Synephrine HCL is here strictly for focus. Yet another stimulant that will only boost the cognitive matrix.
At the end of the label there is another form os Ssynephrine. For even MORE focus.
NMT (35mg)
NMT is very similar to Hordenine in the sense that it is there to increase athletic performance. Many times, you will find that stimulants like this will give you an extra push for an extra rep or two.
Theophyline (35mg)
In addition, Theophyline is going to help with respiration. This ingredient is actually sometimes used to treat asthma.
Astragin (50mg)
Lastly, AstraGin is a common ingredient in pump pre workouts. 50mg of Astragin will increase power output as well as improving body composition.
Pandamic by Panda Supps is an awesome Everyday Stim Junkie Pre Workout. This is not too overwhelming which is perfect for consistent use.
The experience really was awesome. I took Pandamic Extreme 5 times and it hit every time.

Take 1 scoop of Pandamic 15-20 minutes before you start working out. So the effects start hitting as soon as you start training.

As long as you are somewhat used to taking pre workout supplements, you should be fine. I would categorize Pandamic as Everyday Stim Junkie.
Does Pandamic Pre Workout have any side effects?
From my experience, Pandamic has no side effects. This is just a cool, clean experience.
