My Experience

On label, this pre workout is 40/20 servings. But in reality we are forced to use 2 scoops. Because if you don’t, a lot of the ingredients are severely under-dosed.

I tried the Monsterberry Lime flavor and it was nice. That is the only flavor they have, so we are going to have to deal with it.

So after taking 2 scoops of Godzilla pre workout, I had a pretty good experience. Now this is not mind blowing supplement but it up there for everyday pre workouts.

The first thing I noticed was the insane pumps. And with the crazy amount of citrulline and beta alanine, the pumps better be insane.

Then about 20 minutes in, I started feeling the energy surge from the two types of caffeine. I would call it a solid energy boost.

On top of all that you get a bit of focus. Not exactly tunnel vision but from all the ingredients coming together, I did zone in during the workout.

The power output was one of the highlights of Ryse Supps Godzilla. If I got anything from this supplement, it is the enhanced endurance and power output.

What I will say, is that there are no side effects from this one. I went through a couple hours of the benefits mentioned above with no crash.

Honestly, this is a pretty weird looking formula. A lot of the ingredients seem underdosed and some overdosed. But as we like to say, labels are just labels. And Godzilla pre workout is a perfect example.

This is a pre workout that you are going to have to use on 2 scoops, unless you are going for a light day. On 2 scoops, the Beta Alanine is double the typical dose and so is the Citrulline.

As you can tell, Ryse and Noel Deyzel were super focused on the pump aspect in this pre workout. Which they succeed at.

Caffeine – 400mg

First we have the energy ingredient everyone knows and loves. At 350mg, Caffeine Anhydrous may seem a little underdosed. 400mg Total Caffeine from Caffeine Anhydrous & patented zumXR Extended Release Caffeine for clean, no-crash energy.

Citrulline – 11g

9g Pure L-Citrulline & 2g patented NO3-T Citrulline Nitrate. This is going to combine for a pretty sick pump formula.

Beta Alanine – 6.4g

Betaine Anhydrous – 5g
