Hello fitness enthusiasts! I’m excited to bring you my latest pre-workout discovery from the depths of Jersey. Today we’ll be diving into the world of KJ Labs’ Smash AMF pre-workout. This supplement hails from the birthplace of some legendary pre-workouts that have found their way into our workouts (and hearts).
Upon unboxing, it’s evident that this pre-workout is far from traditional. The packaging seems quite amateur, a stark contrast to the glossy, corporate designs we’re accustomed to seeing on our shelves. It might look like a homemade concoction cooked up in a Jersey basement, but don’t let the packaging deter you. This supplement may be a diamond in the rough.

The ingredient list of Smash AMF left me puzzled, to say the least. A single scoop (10g) provides L-Citrulline at 4g, Beta Alanine at a puzzling 1.5g, and an assortment of other ingredients such as Creatine HCL, Acetyl Tyrosine, Taurine, L-Carnitine, Green Tea, and Synephrine among others. Some doses seem odd, while others seem downright useless. On paper, this pre-workout seems like it would be as effective as a basic C4 or any entry-level supplement. This label might be among the most baffling I’ve ever come across.
Here are the highlights of the panel:
Smash AMF comes in several flavors, with mine being the intriguingly named Tiger’s Blood. To my surprise, the taste was quite pleasant. But, who cares about taste when we are talking about a pre-workout that comes from a brand we can’t even find online?
Despite my skepticism, I decided to give Smash AMF a go. And boy, was I in for a surprise. The onset was relatively quick, with a distinct energy surge and a different kind of tingling sensation. The focus, however, was where this pre-workout truly shined. A laser-like focus kicked in about 30 minutes into the session and stayed for an impressive five to six hours.
Upping the scoop to a rounded one brought forth an even more intense experience. Smash AMF seemed to have an extra gear, sending me into an ultra-focused state that lasted several hours. Post-workout, I experienced a second wave of energy that made me feel ready for another workout session.
Intriguingly, Smash AMF also led to appetite suppression. Not just ordinary suppression, but an intense one that lasted for hours. If you’re looking to cut calories, this might be an added bonus.
Is KJ Labs Smash AMF a hidden gem, or just another pre-workout with deceptive packaging? It’s hard to say for sure. The labeling, branding, and ingredients would suggest a run-of-the-mill pre-workout. However, my personal experience using it was nothing short of incredible.
Despite the seeming contradiction between the label and the effects, I can confidently say that this is one of the most intense pre-workouts I’ve tried. If you’re up for an adventure, and you’re comfortable with a potentially spiked supplement from an unknown manufacturer, KJ Labs Smash AMF might just be worth a shot.
