I used Ninja Up Pre Workout one 1 serving. The ‘Juiced Fruit’ flavor was really nice and I’m assuming the rest are great as well.
This pre workout was solid energy all the way through. Hitting approximately 10 minutes after intake.
Ninja Supplements also nailed down the sense of urgency aspect. This really is a motivational feeling that keeps you going.
Another great facet of this one is the elevated heart rate. Although it is not overwhelming, so you don’t have to worry about a heart attack or anything like that.
Ninja Up also provides solid pumps. I definitely got some increased vascularity.
Paired with the pumps you get that aspect of focus. I really felt locked in. As if it was just me in the gym.
Most if not all of these effects last for about 2-3 hours. So you can use the excess effects to possibly do work or something productive.
All in all, Ninja Up is a great option if you want a strong everyday pre workout. Although it might be better to cycle some stim-free pre workout with this one. Or use a weaker pre workout for most days and this one to hit home.
There are a lot of stimulants and core ingredients in Ninja Up. So if that’s what you are into, that is another reason to buy this pre workout.
With typical ingredients like L-Citrulline Malate, Caffeine Anhydrous, and Beta Alanine. There are also more hardcore ones like Hordenine HCI, Alpha Yohimbine, N-Methyl Tyramine HCI.
The full supplement label is below and I will be going into depth about the purpose of the important ingredients.
Caffeine Anhydrous (300mg)
First, we have Caffeine Anhydrous at 300 mg. Which is the clinical dosage nowadays. The twist is that there are a couple more forms of caffeine to come.
L-Citrulline Malate (6000 mg)
Second, Citrulline Malate at 6g. This will provide you with those nice pumps and swoleness.
Beta Alanine (3200 mg)
Going with the previous ingredient, Beta Alanine gives you that tingling and itchy feeling throughout the body.
Betaine Anhydrous (2500 mg)
A performance ingredient that has been proven to increase endurance.
Focusfactor Coffee Fruit extract (100mg)
Another form of energy, this fruit extract gives another mode of energy. As well as the nice thermogenesis effect.
N-Methyltyramine HCL (30mg)
NMT is pretty similar to the Focusfactor Coffee, but stronger.
Huperzine (3mg)
A key focus ingredient that allows you to lock in during your session.
Rauwolscine (2.5mg)
Also known as Alpha Yohimbine. This is an intense ingredient that heightens the pre workout experience and elevates the heart rate.
Infinergy* DiCaffeine Malate (75% Caffeine) (100mg)
Next we have the other form of caffeine. This is just even more energy. Nothing else to it.
Hordenine HCL (50mg)
Hordenine HCL is another performance ingredient. Giving another side to the focus too.
Isopropylnorsynephrine (30mg)
More commonly known as synephrine, at 30mg this is simply going to be another component in the focus matrix.
AstraGin (50 mg)
Lastly we have AstraGin at 50mg. A multi-faceted ingredient but more importantly helps with absorption.
Is Ninja Up a good pre workout?
Ninja Up is a very solid pre workout with great flavors that you can always rely on. You cannot go wrong with Ninja Up any day of the week.
Ninja Up vs Ninja Swole
Up is more of the typical energy pre workout that you would see. Whereas Swole is more geared to pumps and only pumps.
Does Ninja Up have any side effects?
From my experience, Ninja Up has no side effects. Great energy, focus, and pumps.
If you could not tell, I really like Ninja Up Pre Workout. This is an intense but clean experience.
You can get this at a solid price with a 20% off discount. And at 25 servings you get even better value-for-money.
A frontrunner for the best DMAA pre workout of 2020, Crack Pre Workout rose to the top with 120 mg DMAA. Similarly, the Dark Labs pre workout dials you in for the whole of your gym session and the pumps are insane.
Excelsior has become a somewhat staple in the pre workout game. Known for its tunnel vision focus and enhanced energy. If you like hardcore pre workouts, you would want to get your hands on this.
Assassin Pre Workout Review v7
Lastly, one of my absolute favorite pre workouts of all time, Assassin is a super hard-hitter. While it does not have DMAA or any other ingredients us Stim Junkies love, this pre workout is one of the most well-made pre workouts I have ever tried.
