Full Send Pre Workout is an all-new pre workout by the Nelk Boys. These guys have been taking over the YouTube game and constantly making business moves. Including a MetaCard NFT project, Happy Dad Hard Seltzer, and now Full Send Supplements.
Kyle from Nelk has been hyping up their supplements and mentioning them in essentially every video. Saying that these are the “highest-quality supplements on the market.”
In this Full Send Pre Workout Review, you will find out everything you need to know. Is this pre workout worth the hype it is getting or not?!
I got the Fruit Punch flavor and it was actually really good.
I’m used to high stim pre workouts so the taste is usually pretty bad. But we’re not here for the flavor.
As for the experience, I took the recommended serving size of 1 scoop.
And usually I’m not a guy to judge a pre workout solely by the label, but there’s just nothing in this pre workout.
I didn’t feel anything besides the caffeine because that is the only ingredient at a normal dose.
Plus you get a little tingling/itching feeling from the beta alanine and niacin. So if you like that, there’s a bonus.
If you want to take Full Send Pre Workout, you will need to use 1 1/2 – 2 scoops. That is the only way you’re going to actually feel anything.
And at that point the bang is just not worth the buck. Because then you get 15-20 servings for $50.
And there are so many better pre workouts out there for cheaper than that.
The Nelk Boys created a super simple label with only 6 significant ingredients. This would be fine if the ingredients were not incredibly under-dosed.
On the label it says the serving size is 1 scoop. On 1 scoop, you would get 200mg (somewhat normal dose) and the rest are 50% or less of the typical dosage.
Bottom line… unless you are a true beginner or using 2 scoops, this label is a joke.
Caffeine Anhydrous (200mg)
First on the ingredient list is caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine is going to provide a boost in energy. As well as enhance the efficacy of other components.
Beta Alanine (1.5g)
1.5g Beta-Alanine to buffer lactic acid, reducing muscle fatigue & increase overall endurance. It also gives you the tingling feeling throughout your body.
Niacin (16mg)
Works with the Beta Alanine for even more itchiness.
Taurine (1g)
Taurine is an endurance and focus ingredient. Personally, I don’t think this does much but many companies opt to add it.
Betaine Anhydrous (500mg)
Next we have 500mg of Betaine Anhydrous for more endurance. The minimum dosage is usually 2 grams which shows how much Nelk know about pre workouts.
N-Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL (200mg)
Then we have L-Carnitine. Coming in at 200 milligrams, it is going to boost the fat burning process and generally bring the whole pre workout together.
Alpha GPC (25mg)
Then we have Alpha GPC which is one the many focus ingredients in Full Send Pre Workout. The dose sums up this pre workout. 25mg is so funny to me. 400mg is the smallest amount you will ever see in a pre workout. Crazy.
How much caffeine is in Full Send Pre Workout?
On one serving, there are 200mg of caffeine. This is an under-dosed amount but will still provide a bit of energy.
Is the new Full Send Pre Workout better than the old one?
I never tried the old Full Send Pre Workout, but by looking at the label, I would assume the old one is better.
Is the Nelk Boys Pre Workout safe?
This pre workout is close to as safe as it gets. Especially if you take one serving, there is almost zero chance of side effects.
I really don’t understand why the Nelk Boys did this. They have such a large, loyal fan base. I guarantee that they have enough money. Going into the supplement business is just something they should not have done.
To me, this comes off as a quick gimmick to make a little more money. What’s crazy is that they are friends with Bradley Martyn who obviously knows what he is doing.
This pre workout does not do anything and is extremely overpriced considering the serving size.
Do not buy this pre workout, there are so many better options.
If you still want to check out the Nelk Boys pre workout, simply google ‘Full Send Pre Workout’ and it will be the first result.
Crack Reloaded Pre Workout Review
First on the list, one of my favorite pre workouts of 2022. Crack Reloaded by Dark Labs is a DMAA-Free version of their infamous Crack Pre Workout. But don’t be fooled. This pre workout is just as good if not better…
Street Series Pre Workout Review
Then we have a high-flying euphoric pre workout from Street Supplements. Another new-comer to the game, but one that people need to know about. This pre workout is absolute insanity.
Assassin Pre Workout Review v7
Lastly, one of my absolute favorite pre workouts of all time, Assassin is a super hard-hitter. While it does not have DMAA or any other ingredients us Stim Junkies love, this pre workout is one of the most well-made pre workouts I have ever tried.
