As you can see there are no calories in this pre-workout formula. It contains Vitamins C, E, B6, and B12. Then there is the Strength & Performance Complex that contains Creatine, Beta-Alanine, and Betaine which makes for a really great workout.
After that, there is the Muscle Fuel Complex which contains both Taurine and L-Glycine which can lower fatigue and increase blood flow. Finally, there is the Energy & Focus Complex which contains Caffeine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine which can increase your metabolism and burn fat.

Bottom Line: An excellent array of ingredients that will increase your gym based performance, give you more focus, banish fatigue, and help oxidize fat.

Taste – Whether you like the taste or not is highly dependent on the flavor that you choose, most of the flavors are not popular with reviewers but the Strawberry Ice flavor is very nice indeed.
Effectiveness – High doses of caffeine and L-Carnitine alongside decent doses of creatine, betaine, and Beta-Alanine make this a really effective pre-workout supplement.
