My Experience

I took Kilo Labs Supreme on 1 scoop, which is the full serving size.

The flavor I tried was Purple Drank and it was really solid for a hardcore pre workout.

The first thing I noticed was the Beta Alanine creeping in. Providing that tingling feeling throughout my face and body.

Then about 20 minutes, a boost of productive energy starts to hit. This is not super hardcore energy if that is what you are looking for. This was more of a smooth energy kick that lasts for a while.

The focus hit me soon after with a surprisingly good nootropic effect. Again, this is not intense tunnel vision, but more of a feel-good focus.

On top of all that, I got amazing pumps from Kilo Labs Supreme. The swole feeling was better than 90% of stim junkie pre workouts I tried.

All of these effects last for about 1-2 hours. Plus a buzz that lasts way past the workout.

With no crash r other side effects, Supreme Pre Workout is a no-brainer for stim junkies like me.

What is in Supreme Pre Workout?

Kilo Labs Supreme is a super well-rounded pre workout.

With ingredients like Caffeine and DMHA, you are going to get a great stimulant package.

But then you also get Citrulline and Glycerpump for amazing pumps.

Key Ingredients Breakdown

Caffeine Anhydrous (400mg)

First on the list we have Caffeine at 400 mg. This is the main ingredient for energy and sense of urgency.

2-Aminoisoheptane (200mg)

Also known as DMHA, this is a hard-hitting stimulant that adds to the focus and euphoria aspect.

Glycerpump (2g)

With GlycerPump, it’s in the name. This is strictly a pump ingredient that is going to provide you those skin-tearing pumps.

GlycerPump will work to give you that swole feeling as well as show it through the increased muscle vascularity and vein exposure.

Coconut Powder (500mg)

An ingredient you rarely see in stim junkie pre workouts, Coconut Powder is there for hydration and recovery.

Theobromine (150mg)

3.2 grams of Beta-Alanine to buffer lactic acid, reducing muscle fatigue & increase overall endurance.

It also gives you the tingling feeling throughout your body.

Huperzine A (100mcg)

Lastly, we have another focus ingredient that is always good to have. 100mcg is pretty much the typical dose.

Kilo Labs Supreme VS Hybrid

Both pre workouts by Kilo Labs are amazing, but they are also fairly different.

Kilo Labs Supreme is a hardcore, gritty pre workout. Giving you those pumps and endurance that allow to get you some of the best workouts.

Hybrid is more of an optimistic pre workout. Providing motivational energy/euphoria that ultimately becomes a buzz like no other.

From my experience, Supreme lasts for a good couple of hours during the workout. And provides a buzz for 3-4 hours past the workout.

Does Kilo Labs Supreme have DMAA?

Supreme Pre Workout does not contain DMAA. But it does contain what I like to call “DMAA’s little brother” : DHMA.

Does Supreme Pre Workout have any side effects?

From my experience, Supreme has no side effects. There is no Alpha Yohimbine or other “side effect inducing” ingredients.

Summary

Supreme by Kilo Labs may be EVEN BETTER than Hybrid.

These two pre workouts are super clean with no crash. Get ready for high-flying energy and head buzz.
