My Experience

Like every pre workout that comes from Apollon Nutrition, Hooligan unfortunately does not taste exactly like ice cream. But, Strawberry Margarita is decent.

What actually matters, the experience, is even better. Without spoiling specifics, Hooligan V6 is hands down one of the best all-around pre workouts money can buy.

The energy is through the roof with a very good focus. Plus it hits almost immediately so you do not have to sit around waiting for an energy boost.

The pumps are also really great in Hooligan V6. There is definitely increased vascularity and skin-tearing pumps. Apollon Nutrition really improved this aspect.

Focus is top notch as well. Really had me locked in during the workout and would not let g0.

Moreover, because of high dosages of ingredients like Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine, the pumps with Hooligan are also super solid. If you like beta alanine tingles, this is going to be your next go-to pre workout.

For pretty much any stim junkie, Hooligan pre workout is a must try.

Hooligan V6 is a fully loaded pre workout with high dosages of ingredients like Caffeine Anhydrous, Lion’s Mane Extract, and others.

As you would imagine, this large amount of stimulants is going to lead to an intense experience that hits you in the face.

Key Ingredients Breakdown

Caffeine Anhydrous – 450 mg

At 450 mg, the newest version of Hooligan has a very nice dosage of caffeine. Caffeine Anhydrous is going to hit you with energy right in the face.

There is also 100mg of Di-Caffeine Malate which adds a long-lasting effect. Whereas caffeine anhydrous will hit you in the short run.

L-Citrulline – 8 g

Also known as Citulline Malate, this ingredient is going to provide great pumps and an overall performance boost during your workout.

Beta Alanine – 3.2 g

3.2g Beta-Alanine to buffer lactic acid, reducing muscle fatigue & increase overall endurance. It also gives you the tingling feeling throughout your body.

Lion’s Mane – 1 g

Fourth, an ingredient you do not see too often, 1 gram of Lion’s Mane is going to generally enhance your senses. Athletic performance has been proven to improve with the addition of Lion’s Mane (Source).

Alpha-GPC – 600 mg

Alpha-GPC is a great focus ingredient that is included in some of the best pre workouts on the market. A nice addition to the focus matrix in Hooligan pre workout.

Next, Betaine Anhydrous has been shown to increase endurance and hydration during your workout. 2500 mg is a decent dose to get a solid power output.

Himalayan Pink Salt – 300mg

Himalayan Pink Salt adds to the pre-existing pumps you get from the hefty 8 grams of L-Citrulline.

ElevATP – 150mg

Next, ElevATP is a great power output ingredient you do not see often. Like Betaine Nitrate, you only see this component in premium products.

Coffeeberry – 100mg

On the other hand, CoffeeBerry is going to help with burning fat. Not only that but also providing antioxidants that prevent harmful effects that typically come with pre workouts.

Theobromine – 500mg

Theobromine at 200mg is going to increase cardiovascular endurance. Plus improved blood flow that allows you to last longer.

Grape Seed Extract – 400mg

The new Hooligan is essentially the same thing but with better pumps and better endurance. The flavors are still not great, so you will have to deal with it.

But the experience is just so awesome. I felt awesome focus, energy, pumps, and other benefits. With no crazy crash or anything like that.
