I took 1 scoop of Enjoy the Hysteria around 6am in the morning. On an empty somach.
As usual, flavor is first even though it should not matter. Both Lightspeed Lemonade and Red Rocket are good so no need to worry.
Regarding the experience, Enjoy The Hysteria Pre Workout is INCREDIBLE. Reminds me a lot of, dare I say, Dark Energy Pre Workout.
But instead of the happy mood elevation you get from Dark Energy, it is just euphoric. Which is still awesome.
Not only that, you get good, clean energy throughout the workout and beyond.
Plus Enjoy The Hysteria gives you tunnel vision focus. In the gym, it is you vs yourself. Nothing else matters.
Only downside being you do not really feel the pumps.
Bottom line, this pre workout makes you feel high as a kite. A must-buy if you miss Dark Energy.
Enjoy The Hysteria has a very deceiving label of ingredients. Not because of what is in it, but because of the seemingly minimal dosages.
Do not let it confuse you though, this pre workout will make you FLY. Labels are just labels.
Caffeine Anhydrous (150mg)
First you have caffeine anhydrous. The stimulant we have all grown to know and love. Caffeine provides the energy boost.
Di-Caffeine Malate (100mg)
Plus another form of caffeine. 100mg of Di-Caffeine Malate is going to add a long-lasting effect on the energy.
Thirdly, DMHA coming in at 300mg is a solid dose. This will give you great focus and euphoria.
Beta Alanine (3.2g)
Beta Alanine is an ingredient I love. This provides the tingling that gives you that buzz throughout your body.
Paired with the Beta Alanine, we have L-Citrulline which is there solely for pumps.
Synephrine HCL is here strictly for focus. Yet another stimulant that will only boost the cognitive matrix.
Lastly we have Piperine which acts as an antioxidant. Counteracting all the possible side effects of a pre workout.
Is Enjoy The Hysteria a good pre workout?
Enjoy The Hysteria is undoubtedly a great pre workout. Like I said, reminds me a lot of Dark Energy.

Both are great pre workouts, but I would give the edge to Enjoy The Hysteria.

From my experience, Enjoy The Hysteria has absolutely zero side effects. Just cool, clean energy and euphoria.
Overall, Enjoy The Hysteria is a pre workout you cannot go wrong with. And that is an understatement.
