My Experience

I used Crack Reloaded on 2 scoops which comes out to 18.4g. All 3 flavors are solid and drinkable. If you are taking pre workouts on this level, you should not care too much about flavors.

The experience itself is a mix between the original Crack and Crack Gold edition. And if you could imagine, this means that Crack Reloaded is amazing.

After taking the 2 scoops, it took 30 minutes for the effects to kick in. And it was a crazy ride from there.

Moreover, the focus I got was straight up tunnel vision. No other way to describe it. I was just locked in all throughout the workout and even after.

The energy is also great. Really hitting that ‘sense of urgency’ factor where you feel like you have to keep moving. Very similar energy kick to Crack Gold.

When it hits, it is very intense. Because of the Alpha Yohimbine, I got a thermogenesis effect that goes for hours.

On top of that, I got super juicy pumps. Just like the OG Crack, the pumps are absolutely insane.

After the workout, I did not experience any side effects. Which can always happen with these hardcore pre workouts.

All you get after training is a post-workout buzz that lasts for 6 hours. I find this buzz useful for when I am doing work or in meetings.

At the end of the day, Dark Labs Crack Reloaded is an extremely effective pre workout. Can’t go wrong with this one.

What is in Crack Reloaded?

Dark Labs have obviously taken out one of their key ingredients, but that does not mean this is any worse.

Crack Reloaded still has ingredients like NMT, Alpha Yohimbine, and Lion’s Mane. Not only that, but these ingredients are on the higher end in dose.

Key Ingredients Breakdown

Caffeine Anhydrous (350mg)

First on the ingredient list is caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine is going to provide a boost in energy. As well as enhance the efficacy of other components.

L-Citrulline (6g)

Second is L-Citrulline which is a powerful pump ingredient. 6g is pretty much the clinical dose. Will deliver on great pumps.

Beta Alanine (3.2g)

3.2g Beta Alanine to buffer lactic acid, reducing muscle fatigue & increase overall endurance. It also gives you the tingling feeling throughout your body.

Alpha GPC (600mg)

Then we have Alpha GPC which is one the many focus ingredients in Crack Reloaded. 600mg is a really nice dose that will have you locked in.

Choline Bitartrate (1000mg)

Next, Choline Bitartrate is one you do not see often. It has been proven to enhance focus, decrease fatigue, and improve recovery.

Agmatine Sulfate (1000mg)

One gram of Agmatine Sulfate is going to counteract any unwanted side effects. Leading to a more enjoyable experience overall. Plus increased pumps.

Lion’s Mane Extract (1000mg)

Seventh, an ingredient you do not see too much. 1 gram of Lion’s Mane is going to generally enhance your senses. Athletic performance has been proven to improve with the addition of Lion’s Mane,

Beta Phenylethylamine (500mg)

Next, Beta PEA is known to improve athletic performance. In addition to somewhat helping out in the focus and mood matrix.

Caffeine Citrate (150mg)

Now, combined with the 150 mg of caffeine anhydrous, the 50 mg of citrate does wonders. Just a super clean energy kick that lasts for hours.

Dicaffeine Malate (100mg)

There is also 100mg of Dicaffeine Malate which provides even more clean energy. But this type of caffeine is for the long run (Extended Release Caffeine).

Theobromine HCL (100mg)

Then, Theobromine at 100mg is going to increase cardiovascular endurance. Plus improved blood flow that allows you to last longer.

Synephrine (50mg)

Synephrine HCL is here strictly for focus. Yet another stimulant that will only boost the cognitive matrix.

NMT (500mg)

One of my favorite stimulants of all time. Eria Jarensis has shown to improve focus as well as mood. This is where I believe the mood elevation came from in this pre workout.

Noopept (30mg)

Almost closing out the list, Noopept is yet another focus contributor. Now you can understand why the focus in Crack Reloaded is so good.

Alpha Yohimbine (2mg)

Then we have Alpha Yohimbine which is an intensity ingredient. Providing a thermal effect that ‘spices’ up the experience (Source).

Huperzine (100mcg)

Lastly, Huperzine is a key focus component that will have you dialed in. And the focus sometimes lasts for hours on end.

Crack Comparisons

All three versions of Crack are slightly different. That being said, they are all extremely effective pre workouts.

The original Crack and Crack Gold both have DMAA, but Crack Reloaded does not.

Crack Gold also contains DMHA, which is one of the best mood and focus stimulants on the market. While Crack Reloaded and Crack do not.

Crack has many more pump ingredients, so that is where you are going to see the most vascularity. Plus it has Kanna Extract which has been proven to improve mood and focus.

And last but not least, Crack Reloaded is geared more focus and sense of urgency. We see a lot more cognitive ingredients in Reloaded that balance super well. The sense of urgency from Reloaded is also unmatched.

Dark Labs has given people a “toned-down” version with Crack Reloaded. Which is why we are seeing so much hype around it.
