Burn Out pre workout is a new pre workout supplement from Expert Vitality. It is meant to deliver on an overall great experience energy, euphoria, focus, and pumps-wise.
In this Burn Out Pre Workout Review, you will find out everything you need to know. From the experience, ingredients, side effects, and more!
Supps Central Offers Burn Out for 20% Off!
First off, I tried Burn Out on 1 scoop which is the recommended serving size.
I typically work out around 5am. And mind you this is on an empty stomach. Just so the effects hit a bit harder.
The mixability was good and the pineapple flavor was genuinely nice. So I would assume the Blueberry is great as well. That is all for flavors 🙂
The effects of Burn Out hit pretty quick for the most part. And let me tell you, these effects hit like you are floating on a cloud.
I would compare the experience to Enjoy The Insanity or maybe even the legendary Dark Energy!
This pre workout is great smooth energy for hours. Plus I got a bit of mood elevation, but it is actually the euphoria that is the game changer.
Expert Vitality did not hold back on the focus either. I was super locked in during my workout. Only me and the gym in there.
The pumps are solid but nothing too crazy. So you might want to stack this with 1/2 scoop of a pure pump pre workout.
That is all for the experience. And if you could not tell, it was awesome.
Burn Out has a very deceiving label of ingredients. Not because of what is in it, but because of the seemingly minimal dosages.
Do not let it confuse you though, this pre workout will make you FLY. Labels are just labels.
Caffeine Anhydrous (200mg)
First we have the energy ingredient everyone knows and loves. At 200mg, Caffeine may seem a little underdosed. But believe me the other stims make up for it.
Citrulline Malate (6g)
Second is Citrulline Malate which is a powerful pump ingredient. 6g is pretty much the clinical dose. Will deliver on nice pumps.
Beta Alanine (4g)
Most people love or hate Beta Alanine. This is what provides that itchy feeling on your face and usually rest of your body.
DMHA (75mg)
One of my personal favorites, DMHA provides that euphoric effect. Not to mention the focus aspect it. brings to the table.
DMBA (200mg)
200mg of DMBA will provide similar things as DMHA. Generally just adding to the energy matrix.
GABA (50mg)
The ingredient that was popularized mainly by Dark Energy. GABA is thought to help with mood elevation and such.
Huperzine (10mg)
A key focus component, Huperzine will have you dialed in during the workout. And sometimes hours past.
Ashwagandha Extract (250mg)
Then there is Ashwagandha Extract, which supposedly enhances muscle growth and endurance. Plus it has a fat-burning effect.
Beetroot Extract (300mg)
Beetroot Extract in Burn Out pre workout is going to boost performance and improve blood flow. Ultimately allowing for better pumps.
Tumeric Extract (200mg)
Lastly we have Tumeric Extract which is kind of like Beetroot. Mainly in the sense that it is an antioxidant. Preventing any unwanted side effects that sometimes come with pre workouts.
Is Burn Out a good pre workout?
Burn Out is a very effective pre workout. I would categorize it as a stim junkie supplement.
Does Burn Out pre workout have DMAA?
Burn Out does not contain DMAA. But, it does have DMHA and DMBA which have similar benefits.
Does Burn Out have any side effects?
From my experience, Burn Out has absolutely zero side effects. Only great, smooth energy and euphoria.
Guys, Burn Out is super underground as of me writing this review. But do not let that fool you. This in a A+ pre workout that hits on all cylinders.
You never know with these pre workouts how long they will be around. So if this is something you are interested in, get it before it’s gone!
A frontrunner for the best DMAA pre workout of 2020, Crack Pre Workout rose to the top with 120 mg DMAA. Similarly, the Dark Labs pre workout dials you in for the whole of your gym session and the pumps are insane.
Excelsior has become a somewhat staple in the pre workout game. Known for its tunnel vision focus and enhanced energy. If you like hardcore pre workouts, you would want to get your hands on this.
Assassin Pre Workout Review v7
Lastly, one of my absolute favorite pre workouts of all time, Assassin is a super hard-hitter. While it does not have DMAA or any other ingredients us Stim Junkies love, this pre workout is one of the most well-made pre workouts I have ever tried.
