Bucked Up has become one of the most popular supplement companies over the past couple of years. Their signature line includes Bucked Up, Woke AF, and BAMF pre workout. This collection of pre workouts is supposed to deliver on strong pumps, focus, and energy boosts.
In this BAMF pre workout review, we will go through everything you need to know such as effects, flavor, and more.
Without further ado, let’s find out if BAMF is really worth the money!

As always, the flavor of Bucked Up’s pre workouts is great. And BAMF is no exception. I have tried nearly half of the flavors by now, and they are all great. So you have nothing to worry about there.
As far as the experience goes, BAMF is a very effective nootropic pre workout. What stands out is the focus you get with BAMF, which makes sense.
The energy is also really solid considering this is a ‘beginner stim-junkie pre workout.’ This hit fairly quick, so you should take a scoop a bit before your workout.
Like Woke AF, the pumps are another thing Bucked Up nailed down. This is what is going to give you that swole, tingling feeling.
Overall, if you want a really nice everyday pre workout, you cannot go wrong with BAMF.
BAMF actually has a lot of the same ingredients as the popular Bucked Up pre workout. But, the dosages are just increased. With stimulants like Caffeine, Hordenine, Alpha-GPC, BAMF boasts an extremely solid label. And it translates to the experience.
Caffeine Anhydrous – 333 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous is the main stimulant for energy. At 333 mg, this is a middle of the road dosage that will hit fairly hard during your workout.
Deer Antler Velvet Extract – 50 mg
Not as important as Bucked Up advertise, but works for their marketing.
Hordenine HCL – 40 mg
Hordenine is a performance-enhancing ingredient that does wonders in pretty much any pre workout it is put in. At 40 mg, Hordenine is a decent dosage, and you will definitely feel a strong boost.
Alpha GPC – 200 mg
Alpha-GPC is one of the stronger ingredients in this pre workout, Alpha GPC adds to the focus matrix in BAMF.
Citrulline Malate – 6 g
Citrulline Malate at 6 grams is the typical dosage for those great pumps we love to feel during the workout.
Beta Alanine – 3.2 g
The ingredient that provides tingles and an extra sense of motivation.
What’s the difference between Woke AF and BAMF?
There are very few differences between Woke AF and BAMF on label, but the effects are quite dissimilar. Woke AF is supposed to be more hard-hitting while BAMF is a nootropic pre workout with more cerebral benefits.
Is BAMF a good pre workout?
BAMF is a very solid pre workout that will undoubtedly push you during the workout. Nothing that will kill you, but decent energy for sure.
Will BAMF pre workout make you feel a drug test?
BAMF does not have any ingredients that will make you fail a drug test. But like with pretty much any pre workout, you really never know.
A frontrunner for the best DMAA pre workout of 2020, Crack Pre Workout rose to the top with 120 mg DMAA. Similarly, the Dark Labs pre workout dials you in for the whole of your gym session and the pumps are insane.
Excelsior has become a somewhat staple in the pre workout game. Known for its tunnel vision focus and enhanced energy. If you like hardcore pre workouts, you would want to get your hands on this.
One of my absolute favorite pre workouts of all time, Assassin V6 is a super hard-hitter. While it does not have DMAA or any other ingredients us Stim Junkies love, this pre workout is one of the most well-made pre workouts I have ever tried.
