I tried both the Slaughtermelon and Tropical Terminator flavors on 1 serving. And it is safe to say this is one of the best sleep aids I have ever used.
Both flavors are good so you don’t have to worry about that. I mixed it with only 4 ounces of water. You do not need more than that.
Like I said, Superhuman Sleep just works. 30 to 45 minutes after I took it, I started to chill down. Gradually taking the edge off.
Soon after that I fell into a calm sleep. It is definitely not immediate, but that is a good thing. If a sleep supplement instantly knocks you out then you usually wake up supper drowsy.

On top of all that it helped me a bit with the fat-burning process. It did not shred fat like a machine but it definitely did a bit of work.

This supplement does not have any side effects from my experience. I woke up refreshed and clear-headed.
How should I take Superhuman Sleep?
You can take Superhuman Sleep whenever needed. Other than that you probably should not take it every night. Or any sleep aid for that matter.
If your goal is to burn fat as fast as scientifically possible and target your soft spots – SuperHuman Sleep is one the best, if not the best, option for that.
